Education and Qualifications:
I am committed to public service and would be honored to serve the City of San Jose.

Once reelected, I will continue to be an advocate for you, the resident and taxpayer. I will work to see that the city prioritizes service restorations to those core neighborhood services that we pay for and need most: public safety, street pavement, quality parks, libraries, and community center programs that serve our youth and seniors.

I also will use my current experience as your Councilmember to balance the budget and advocate for a reinvestment in our Police and Fire Departments. Support is needed in order to achieve better response times and hire more officers to serve our community. With the endorsement and support of the San Jose Police Officers Association and Sheriff Laurie Smith, I feel I am in the best position to achieve our goal of a safe city.

To accomplish this, I will work to maintain and increase the city's revenue through the retention and creation of employment and business opportunities through incentives and improved permitting processes.
