Now it's our time!

I am Aaron Resendez, running for San Jose City Council. I am running because I have the Leadership, Integrity and Vision to lead Residents neighborhoods and businesses in District 5.

My wife and I have raised our children in East San Jose for the past 21 years. As a business leader, community advocate and a union member for 30 years, I know the challenges families face in our community.

On Public Safety; I will make it a priority to reach out to our Police Department, not as an adversary, but as your representative. It's time for all of us to demand that we be able to raise our families free from gang violence, free from intimidation, free from neglect, and free from politicians who want our vote and then turn away.

Our community will keep on suffering unless is well represented at City Hall with a strong leader that has deep roots and involvement with the community.
