Hello, My Name is Rudy Gaona. Being the only child in my family, I have been blessed in having the best mother in the whole world, who has work very hard (as a single mother) to try to give me the best up bringing she could possibly give. From having the best mom I am also blessed to have the most beautiful wife and son's whom I Love very much.

I work at LAC-USC-MEDICAL- CENTER. And have served for 15 years for the department of Supply Chain Operations. In addition to my full time job, I also served my country, I was a member of the California, Army National Guard. I feel honored to say that I have served the National Guard for 21 years. I first volunteered to serve the Army National Guard when I turned eighteen. I am what you call, your basic Infantry soldier. My tours include Los Angeles Riots, Northridge earthquake, Central floods, Operation enduring freedom and Operation Iraqi freedom.

I attended East Los Angeles Community College where I earned an Associates of Arts in Administration of Justice. This was not an easy task since I worked full time in order to continue to support my mother at the time. Fortunately, I was given the opportunity to work the graveyard shift, which allowed me to finish my Associates degree and transfer to a four-year University. In the spring of 2004, I started to attend California State University, Fullerton to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice; however, due to past events and being a former member of the Army National Guard, I was given orders of deployment to serve in the Middle East more than a few times for a term of a year and a half. Due to these circumstances, I decided to attend DeVry University online system. Thanks to this system, I was able to finish my Bachelor of Science in Technical Management and move forward to pursue my Master of Business Administration (MBA).
