Political Philosophy for Susan L. Adams, R.N.
Candidate for |
As a nurse practitioner, I spent my entire career listening to and caring for people in need. I bring that same approach to serving my community. My philosophy has always been "Healthy People, Healthy Communities and Healthy Planet". As your Supervisor, I've worked with community groups of all sizes to address complex issues related to protecting our open spaces, traffic and transportation, health care, the quarry, constituent services, schools, housing and environmental protection. I believe in working closely with my community. I continue to engage in dialogue with residents about what's important to you. I want to hear from you and other residents about how we can create a healthier, more vibrant community for our future. I'm proud of what we've accomplished together when we've worked through our challenges with civility and respect. I maintain an open door policy to meet with constituents on issues you find important. That's how we've been able to solve some of the toughest challenges together. It's what I want to continue doing for you on the Board of Supervisors. I ask for your support. |
