Economic Reform-

As the City of Fresno District 3 City Council Member, I

will fight to change the economic reality in District 3

from a system stacked against its disenfranchised poor

citizens to a system that offer's opportunity and tools for

advancement.

Open Government-

As the City of Fresno District 3 City Council Member, I

will champion the right of the people to a voice in local

affairs and the dismantling of undemocratic government

policy.
