Political Philosophy for Charles F. Magill

My judicial philosophy combines elements of judicial restraint and judicial modernism, believing that the laws on the books today should serve the people of today. Interpretation of the law should consider the citizens that the law is intended to serve. Mr. Magill supports the comprehensive protections provided by the Constitution and is cautious not to engage in judicial activism. |
