It is my goal to ensure that staff, colleagues and customers immediately recognize and respond to a leadership style that is open-minded, collaborative and supportive in nature. I am fully committed to staff development and professional growth of my Treasurer-Tax Collector team, encouraging each person to rise to their full potential through training, guidance and empowerment, resulting in a fully engaged staff that generates innovative ideas and is dedicated to continuous improvement in operations.
