League Question: The PA Constitution promises the citizen clean water, air and land. What steps would you take to uphold the Constitution?

By Anthony M. Deluca

Candidate for State Representative; Pennsylvania State House of Representatives; District 32; Democratic Party

This information is provided by the candidate
While we have a responsibility to ensure future generations have access to clean air and water, I believe we also need to make sure we balance the Constitutional rights of Pennsylvania citizens with the 21st century technology currently in place, and that is still being developed, to make a better, safer environment for all. We have an obligation to provide meaningful, family-sustaining ecological jobs, but at the same time must hold corporations accountable when they cause unnecessary pollution or allow the release of dangerous chemicals into the environment and force them to pay for their errors.
