Question 1. Proposed Library Tax -- Municipality of Monroeville (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a one (1) mill special tax be imposed by the Municipality of Monroeville on all taxable real estate in the Municipality of Monroeville effective January 1, 2015 and thereafter, the proceeds of which shall be allocated and used only for the maintenance and operation of the Monroeville Public Library.

Question 2. Proposed Library Tax -- Borough of Cheswick (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a 0.25 mill special tax be imposed by the Borough of Cheswick on all taxable real estate in the Borough of Cheswick effective January 1, 2015 and thereafter, the proceeds of which shall be allocated and used only for the maintenance and operation of the Springdale Public Library.

Question 3. Proposed Library Tax -- Township of Harmar (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a 0.25 mill special tax be imposed by the Township of Harmar on all taxable real estate in the Township of Harmar effective January 1, 2015 and thereafter, the proceeds of which shall be allocated and used only for the maintenance and operation of the Springdale Public Library.

Question 4. Proposed Library Tax -- Borough of Springdale (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a 0.25 mill special tax be imposed by the Borough of Springdale on all taxable real estate in the Borough of Springdale effective January 1, 2015 and thereafter, the proceeds of which shall be allocated and used only for the maintenance and operation of the Springdale Public Library.

Question 5. Proposed Library Tax -- Township of Springdale (Majority Approval Required)
Shall a 0.25 mill special tax be imposed by the Township of Springdale on all taxable real estate in the Township of Springdale effective January 1, 2015 and thereafter, the proceeds of which shall be allocated and used only for the maintenance and operation of the Springdale Public Library.
