As resident of San Diego for near thirty years, I have been able to see great changes that this city has gone through. Although most positive, there have been negative side effects and the goals of many project seem to profit only few. However, the cost and burden of of achieving many if not all of these have been paid by the ordinary resident of San Diego, many of whom have no relation to the profit of the expanse it causes them. These expanses has caused many to blame the often the wrong group of people and too often with wrong and negative effects.

I believe an certain ideas and have lived my life according to my belief. Among the priority of my participles that would and will have effects on the position I am running for and should I be elected to enforce are as follow:

-Fiscal Conservative: No deficit spending, No new taxes, No Bonds. Spend within budget, if not under, and then save for the potential future goals. Pay off and perform promised contracts and obligations; and do not make any new ones that cannot be paid for or performed. Stamp out crony capitalism within city contracts.
-Social Liberal: Live and let live. Abide by the golden rule: "treat others as one would like others to treat oneself." Respect boundaries and do not infringe on other people's rights, privacy, property, and goals that have or cause no personal nor collective harm.
-Intellectual Independent: Have an open public policy to all. Use logic on all sides to reach a consensus. Be neutral and objective with no obligation to any party, entity, or group.
