My favorite quote is that of Abraham Lincoln, "Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth." I strongly believe in this no matter what government position applies. Many politicians tend to forget why they got into politics in the first place.

I am not a politician; just a person, with a good, strong work ethic, who cares about her neighbors and community and enjoys helping people. It is also important to have someone with a good business mind to stay within a budget without hampering good township services. This is a very useful skill that will help keep our real estate taxes from going up.
