- Continued contribution to Volunteer Fire Company including funds for incentive program
- Added code enforcement officer and extended hours to weekends which brought in 60K in un-permitted work in first year
- Added Township electrical department and employees negating use of outside contractor
- Implemented sharing of resources with neighboring Townships such as Brine/Leaves with Haverford and Health Inspections with Newtown
- Implemented program through code enforcement of community service hours for youth minor offenders, a diversion to the criminal system
- Increased revenue in form of business tax with little retail vacancy

Capital Purchases
- Re-instituted purchase of police vehicles, having purchased 7 in past 3 years
- Purchased 2 roll-off trucks for use in recycling and public works
- Funded continued replacement of vehicles and equipment
Capital Improvements
- Paxon Hollow Country Club - full service restaurant, improved banquet facility and improved stand alone snack bar
- Improvements and funding of capital expenditures for Paxon Hollow Golf Course ranked tops in the area and was featured on Golf channel during US Open week
- Renovation, new carpet and new phone system in the municipal building
- Renovation and new carpet for Library - Received 2013 Municipal Government Award from Delaware County Library System
- Kent Park Clean-up with new access to cross the creek
- Significant improvements to all ballfields including fencing, parking and maintenance

- Razing of Goodhill Center and Marple School
