1. How would you promote good nutrition in your schools?
As a member of the Unionville-Chadds Ford School Board, I am committed to providing a school environment that encourages and promotes proper nutrition, nutrition education, and physical activity as part of the total learning experience. We must promote a healthy school environment, that translates into positive dietary and lifestyle practices. I will continue to promote the availability of fruits and vegetables in our lunch menus and I support our decision to eliminate sugary snacks and drinks.
