- I am a firm supporter of the WCASD public schools. My son is graduating this year from Henderson, headed for college. My grandson is a 4th grader at Hillsdale.
- I am ready to meet the challenges of financing our schools without jeopardizing quality. Having served on a number of Boards in Chester County, I understand the need for budget transparency and careful, cooperative planning.
- I believe we must have a strong public school system in order to maintain the strength of our community and our democratic system.
- I have worked in adult education for sixteen years. I have taught classes, written curricula for those classes, written grants to fund those classes. Now, as President and CEO of Chester County OIC, I manage and administrate the entire agency.
- I understand the realities of the West Chester business and economic community, as well as the workforce realities for our graduates.
Joyce Chester is connected to our community and Chester County in a myriad of ways.
