Candidate for
Member of Board of Education; Winton Woods City School District

I come from a tradition of entrepreneurship. I own and operate a local insurance and tax service agency here in Forest Park. I am a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker and hold numerous IRS certifications including her newest accomplishment of becoming a Certifying Acceptance Agent for the IRS's ITIN program. I have 8 years of experience in financial services with companies like Great American Financial, PNC Bank, & The Kroger Company.

I am married and have 2 young children in the Winton Woods City School District. I have been a Forest Park homeowner and resident since 2010 and have been a part of the Winton Woods Community for over 20 years as my grandparents resided in Springfield Township. I have passion for education and a sense of community, I am currently serving my second term as Vice-President of Winton Woods Primary South for the Winton Woods PTA. Other civic responsibilities lie in serving as the Secretary of the Latino Coalition of Southwest Ohio (LCSWO), and volunteering my time for local organizations focused on education and community outreach within Southwest Ohio.

I am student focused, and as a school board member I am committed to diligently listening to community and parent input on improving both the student experience and academic outcomes within the district. Not only will I listen, but I will act upon that feedback and be a proactive leader for your concerns. You can depend on me to focus on fiscal cost savings, a strong curriculum, and forging community and local business partnerships that bring real opportunity for our students.

As your next school board member, I will be a step forward on the path toward achieving academic excellence for the Winton Woods City School District.
