Plan to Lease City Parking Assets

I oppose the privatization of local city assets that should be generating revenue for our city.
The mayor and a majority of Council misled the public regarding the plan to privatize our city's parking assets. The biggest problem with the proposed plan is all of the details that does not address, leaving so much open to interpretation.

Denying 19,000 citizens the right to vote on this issue after they legally collected enough signatures to place it on the ballot is bad for our city's democracy.
