Challenges of the coming school year:
I believe that we need to take effective steps that can help us build and coordinate various data collection system and help teachers and others key education leaders use the information to better the lives of our children. We need useful diagnostic information about student performance, especially now that they must link specific education outcomes to budgets expenditures under the LCFF and the implementation of the Common Core State Standards.
