|
Born in San Francisco and raised in Belmont, California, Andrew Peceimer, from a young age, learned from his parents the value of hard work and responsibility. His first formal job started at age 12, when he sold ice cream and soda at Stanford Football games. Always industrious, Andrew held numerous jobs during his high school and college years, including delivering newspapers, washing dishes and waiting tables at El Torito's, selling clothes at Nordstrom's, bartending at Bennigans, installing residential alarms, painting cars, selling tickets for Muscular Dystrophy's San Mateo branch, and valet parking cars at the San Francisco Airport. Those jobs afforded Andrew his college tuition. His parents believed keeping a child busy provided the best life. Consequently, Andrew stayed active in both high school sports and the Belmont 4-H club. At Carlmont High School he participated in both basketball and tennis. In the Belmont 4-H club he raised numerous steers, lambs, rabbits, and chickens which required a huge commitment. A typical day involved feeding and cleaning the animals twice a day at 6 AM and 5PM. Those years taught Andrew that diligence is required for success. At UC Berkeley, Andrew joined Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity and learned of the need for philanthropy and leadership. The rigorous classes at UC Berkeley and daily fraternity experiences formed the basis of his belief in personal responsibility. Upon graduation from UC Berkeley, Andrew became a commercial real estate advisor in the commercial real estate field. Within 3 years, Andrew launched his own commercial real estate company. Among numerous awards, Andrew earned the Coldwell Banker Commercial Top Producer for the entire United States. In addition to working in the commercial real estate field, Andrew has formed several other investment companies. He believes in giving back to the community and donates to various worthy causes such as the Make a Wish Foundation, Community Gatepath of Burlingame, ACT Conservatory of San Francisco, Foster City Jewish Community Center, Burlingame Community Education Foundation, Burlingame High School Drama Boosters and the Peninsula SPCA . Andrew is proud to have created hundreds of jobs and train others to become financially independent. Additionally, Andrew taught investment classes at the College of San Mateo, Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conferences, and Stanford University Summer Splash. Andrew is grateful to be an American. He believes we are fortunate to live in the Burlingame area and that living life responsibly creates a better future for all generations. |
