- Communication/Clarity/Transparency
-
I would like to see more transparency around bond proposals, district budgets, and overall communication.
- Enrollment and Facilities
-
After Measure A (a $26MM bond), we will have the same number of classrooms for K-4 that we did prior to the construction of The Cove School, which adds 16 classrooms, due to the removal of 15 portables on Neil Cummins' campus. At the completion of Phase II, if passed, we will have six additional classrooms as it is currently proposed.
- Fiduciary Responsibility
-
My MBA and experience as a licensed insurance agent, Manager of Workforce Planning for Levi Strauss and Company, and former branch manager for a temporary help firm in Southern California, have prepared me to guide our District's $14MM budget in order to meet our fiduciary responsibilities to our constituents and our community.
