• On Wednesday October 9, 2013 there will be a forum on this measure at the Salinas City Hall Rotunda located at 200 Lincoln Avenue in Salinas, CA. The public is invited to hear about this and Measure M. Moderators are Mary Duan from who is the Editor at Monterey County Weekly and Jeff Mitchel, a Senior Writer at The Salinas Californian. The forum will last two hours and starts at 6:00 p.m.
