Why me?

By Steve Zuckerman

Candidate for Member, City Council; City of Rolling Hills Estates

This information is provided by the candidate
I will be running a very modest campaign, but this is for philosophical reasons and has nothing to do with my desire to advocate for "community first" land use decisions and sober. long-term management practices.
While I did campaign very hard in my first election, I hope that residents who vote in this election will now have some real knowledge of who I am and where I stand with respect questions of density, traffic, and development requests for exemptions to established zoning guidelines. And I hope that my election will be a strong signal in this regard.

Moreover, while I am especially proud my role in fiscal reform, much work remains if we are to maintain our infrastructure and city services in a manner that will create long-term value for our residents. I hope that my election will also be a signal of support for prudent, long-term management policies.
