Governing Board Member; South Pasadena Unified School District

There is nothing of greater importance than the education of our youth. Their future depends to a great extent on the quality of the educational foundation they receive from Pre-K through 12th grade. This responsibility is a great passion of mine.

To succeed in providing a high quality education for our youth the District must
1.set high expectations for excellence, collaboration and accountability at all levels;
2. hire only the best staff while having strong evaluation systems and support for professional development.
3. seek to engage all students through differentiated teaching techniques, teach the 21st skills students need to survive in the workforce and find and support their unique passions and interests.
