Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Las Virgenes Unified School District

I moved to our community in 1994 with my husband, Dennis, and my three sons specifically for the schools. My sons attended Las Virgenes Schools and took advantage of many of the extras the district offers, including sports, music, technology and art programs. These are programs that I want to see continue and flourish.

I have volunteered for our school district since moving here, serving six years as President and chairing multiple district wide committees. I have worked at A.E. Wright Middle School for ten years, running the Media Center/Library for the last four years.

I want to use the strong relationships and trust I have earned to work for our school district. As a community we all benefit from the excellent reputation of our schools.
