The RTM school board suffers the inevitable problems that occur when one party, regardless of which party, dominates an organization for too long. The inability to even seek, much less accept new ideas and a culture incapable of change result. The is no willingness to be colaborative with the public, or open to its critics or those seeking information and there is an unfortunate need to manage input and feedback. |
