Regulatory Mandates

Coping with environmental, waste disposal and other mandates.
The majority of ENT residents want a clean environment. They want clean streams, rivers and a healthy Bay. We want less pollution and clean neighborhoods.

My concern is that certain agencies have a tendency to exploit these issues and create mandates that encroach on our property rights and needlessly interfere with our way-of-life. In addition, these mandates can result in major homeowner expense. As a member of the ENT planning commission, I have expressed my disapproval of some of these mandates and recommended they be voted down. Of course as a planning commission member I can only recommend. This is one of the reasons I am running for ENT supervisor where I can vote for the betterment of the Township.
