Hard working, full time impartial judgeBy William D. "Bill" KrautCandidate for Judge; Magisterial District Court; District 15-2-03; Republican, Democratic Party | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
When I ran for the bench in 2007 I campaigned on a platform that included being a hard working, full time impartial judge. Since my election I have fulfilled that pledge. I am available to the court daily, the police departments have my personal contact information and are fully aware that if they need anything day or night including weekends and holidays they are to contact me. I have even come back to the court from vacation to perform my duties. I take my oath seriously. Since I have been on the bench the volume of cases has increased. In the 5 1/2 years there have been over 36,000 filings and the court has collected well in excess of $5,000,000.00 I have been endorsed by the Chester County FOP, and the Westtown East Goshen Police benevolent Association I am the president of our local Magisterial District Judges Association, and have been appointed to a statewide Supreme Court committee. The issue in this election is a simple one: my experience, reputation, track record, and community service vs. the inexperience of my opponents. I challenge my opponents to show what they could or would do differently or better. The plain truth is they both are looking for a job. That is not a reason to be you Magisterial District Judge. It has been my privilege to serve our community and I would be honored to receive your vote on May 21st. |
