School Director; Great Valley School District; Region I; Republican, Democratic Party

I have been a resident of Charlestown Township for the past 33 years with my son and daugther having participated in GV sports and graduating from GVSD middle school and high school. I have business leadership experience in both the private and the corporate sectors. I am an academic teacher who also mentors other faculty. I have been a dedicated voter who consistently votes in both the primary and general elections. I am an interested citizen who realizes the value of our "green" suburban community as well as the role our township plays in the Philadelphia region. My husband and I will be married for 47 years in June and we have four grandchildren, ages 18, 16, 15 and 12 years. Lastly, and importantly, I am a taxpayer who appreciates the need to efficiently use tax money to support GVSD academic endeavors and honestly consider how to relieve student activity fees for parents without either wasting or hoarding (through high surpluses) taxpayer funds. I am willing to take the time to learn about both the opportunities and the challenges that face our Great Valley School District/Region One.
