Protecting West Valley Taxpayers

For years, Joyce has been fighting for the West Valley. She knows that our local tax money goes to downtown, and never comes back to the 3rd District. We need an advocate from our neighborhoods to protect our tax dollars.
As our Councilmember, Joyce will protect us as tax payers. Her priorities wil be:

  • Bring a sensible and fiscally responsible budget to City Hall
  • Redirect a greater share of tax dollars back to our neighborhoods to improve aging infrastructure and build, repair and maintain roads and buildings.
  • Prioritize tax spending in our neighborhoods
  • Keep local tax money in the West Valley
  • Redirect a greater share of the tax dollars we pay back to the West Valley to pay for the services, projects, and maintenance we need.
  • Ensure we have a greater voice to speak for us on the LA City Council
