Position Papers
Affordable Health Care Act
I will defend the Affordable Health Care Act; I am not opposed to refining it to make it even better. I will engage in discussions with doctors, insurance companies, and citizens to determine how the Affordable Health Care Act can be improved.
Deficit
I will advocate for the reinstatement of Pay-Go controls on legislation. If legislation involves an increase in the National Budget, Pay-Go demands that the changes be paid for either in comparable spending cuts or tax increases.
Job Creation
The most pressing problem we have is creating jobs for the large number of unemployed and underemployed that we have in this Nation at this current time.
