Delaware, Chester County, PA | November 6, 2012 Election |
EducationBy Beth AloisCandidate for State Representative; Pennsylvania State House of Representatives; District 168 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
As a local real estate agent and a former librarian, Beth is concerned about Harrisburg's repeated decreases in state funding for local schools. If the state continues to withhold funds from the local school districts, it will be impossible to maintain a high level of education without increasing local property taxes. Beth will fight for better funding for our state universities, already among the least funded in the country. Pennsylvania needs strong universities to attract businesses and jobs to the State. |
