NO GAY EDUCATION IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Dear Governor Brown,

Thank You for your leadership and service. SB 48 - The FAIR Education Act amends the Education Code to include Gay Studies for all our Kids K-12.

The Subject of Gay Studies is highly charged. The goals of this measure are good, however this new law has caused a large amount of concern in our Community. I am asking that you issue an Executive Order to modify this matter and only offer Gay Studies to High School Students as an Elective Subject - With Parental Approval.

Gov. Brown, a Public Policy that requires First and Second Grade Students to study such a highly charged set of issues has many parents very concerned.
