Dr. ArLyne Diamond founded Diamond Associates in 1981, bringing counseling and consulting services to individuals, groups, businesses, associations and government agencies. She specializes in people and processes in the workplace.

In addition, Dr. Diamond is a University Professor and is currently a visiting Professor at the Keller Graduate School of Management, of DeVry University. She teaches a wide range of MBA and HR courses.
