STOP THE TAX INCREASES

If you were to pay attention to the rhetoric coming out of Sacramento, you'd think the answer to every problem was more taxes, and more taxes alone. Californians are taxed enough! Our tax rate is one of the highest in the United States. In California, we pay:

  • The 2nd Highest Personal Income Tax
  • The 6th Highest Business Tax
  • The 2nd Highest Gas Tax
  • The Highest Capital Gains Tax

Overtaxing is pushing companies and jobs out of the state, and hurting working Californians. We need to stand up to these calls for perpetually higher taxes. We need to come up with solutions to grow the number of taxpayers and force government to be accountable for the money it spends, and stop squeezing every nickel from our ever-shrinking base of taxpayers to pay for bigger government.
