I am a Parent, first and foremost, Married with 5 children, four of them daughters. I have lived in the City of Sonoma with my lovely wife, raised my children and been a personal trainer for over 15 years. I have coached youth football and donated hundreds of hours of my time to help children learn the basics and finer points of martial arts and fitness as well as football. I am a Motivator and an Advocator.

I believe in people's natural instinct to help one another. Through my work, I've discovered that 10% of what I taught was physical and 90% mental. I enjoy convincing people to change their perception of exercise and diet and setting realistic goals for their quality of life for the ever approaching future.

I want to accomplish the same with this town. I want to work with the current Council to gear them towards more Community Interaction, Youth Engagement, Conservatism and Volunteerism. My desire is to bolster local businesses and foster new relationships and ideas. I want to be the advocate and the direct link to the answers of the questions that this town asks. I want to be the bridge between the future of this town (the Youth, the City and the County) to get them involved in its present state so that they'll preserve the past and build for our future. I want the people, that chose this town to live in because of it's hometown appeal and the fact that it seemed like a nice place to raise a family, to feel confident in that assumption 20 years from now.

I want the teenagers from this town to educate themselves to the highest degree to return to teach and mentor the other children here. Lastly, I want every citizen in this town that is willing and able to say to themselves, "This is MY town" to ask themselves, "How can I make it better and What am I willing to do to make it so?"

That is what I asked myself. This was my response.
