Government salaries and pensions are a major cost factor for Healdsburg and over the last several years they have gone well beyond their civilian counterparts. Control is required.
Foster Business Friendly Environment While Containing Overall Growth
Healdsburg is on the path for real growth and there is a critical need to control this growth in best interest of the town.
Balance the Needs of Tourism with Small Town Country Values
Tourism is a major force in Healdsburg and it supports many good things but it must be controlled and not allowed to become all consuming.
