Increasing Revenue
The City needs to increase revenues. I will work to promote commercial development that will provide a significant and reliable stream of revenue, and that speak to our unique location on the beautiful California coastline.
Rich Campbell's Background
My background in the private and public sectors of the economy will allow me to assist the City in moving forward with quality high-revenue producing development that is also environmentally sensitive.
Support Open Space and Alternatives to Highway 1 Widening
I will work to preserve the open space and hillside protections that currently exist in the City's General Plan, and will support alternatives to CalTrans' proposal to widen Hwy 1
