  • Agricultural Leader--Board Member of the Salida Hullers Association.
  • Family Man--Dale and his wife Eileen have 2 children & 4 grandchildren, all of whom live here in our local communities.

  • Keep water rates low for residents, farmers & small businesses.
  • Support agriculture, create local jobs and protect our local water rights.
  • Maintain strict financial oversight to protect ratepayers from wasteful spending.
