  • Keep LUSD fiscally solvent while maintaining a diverse & high quality curriculum, and safeguarding our students at all times
  • Encourage better communication from Trustees & Administration to staff, parents and the general public.
  • Encourage a strong school culture and improved morale at each site which will help to improve performance of staff and students
