Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Daniel Munoz

Candidate for
Board Member; South Bay Irrigation District; Division 3

This information is provided by the candidate

I am running for the South Bay Irrigation District 3 to represent you the voters. I am not running to represent a political party or because I have a personal agenda. I want to restore civility to the board and I will not accept excessive per diem payouts.

I own a home with my wife and three children, with a yard, trees, and a vegetable garden. I know the struggles of managing my costs with the desire to have a nice home. I will work to keep water rates low and provide safe, reliable water service to all customers. I know how to manage budgets of all sizes, as a homeowner, as small business owner, and as a member of the Board for the Neighborhood House Association and its multi-million dollar budget. As a community member and family man I have volunteered and served on the Hilltop Elementary School Site Council, the city's Economic Development Council, and I sit on the Small Business Tax Advisory Council for the State of California.

I have a history of serving our community, where I have deep roots, and I promise to continue doing so as your representative to the South Bay Irrigation District 3.
