Patrick Knapp is dedicated to customer service and firmly believes that one must be honest and forthright in order to effectively meet the needs of the people. More important than Patrick Knapp being number 1 is people that elected him. Patrick cares to do it right! It's that simple. Patrick doesn't believe in wasting time or money. There is no reason for water rates to keep rising. He feels this is the fleecing of the fine people of our community. The current Vallecitos Water District Board keeps raising rates, and never pushes back against the So. California Metropolitan Water District. It's high time to stop ripping off the people, escpecially the elderly of our community. Enough is enough. Vote For Patrick Knapp if you want to lower your water rates.
