Candidate for
Council Member; City of Vista

The primary purpose of Vista City Council is to provide leadership and direction to city staff such that citizens are protected and essential services are provided.

These services include utilities, emergency services, public park, recreation and road maintenance.

Land use and econominc development planning is also a core function of the council.

All these services must be provided in a highly efficient manner expending taxpayer funds only on those services best provided by the City.
