How do we partner with business to be able to promote the college to have classes focused on the jobs they cant fill.The value of holding a regional meeting of business leaders to discuss the jobs they cant fill, and to see how the college can shape and mold students with updated curriculum and labs to meet those needs. Guarantee that the students who go through the program will get an interview. Companies can provide some tuition assistance for students who satisfactorily complete the first 2 classes towards their goal. Students could also do some internship at the companies to gain an increased knowledge of the business that they are working towards and that internship would count as course credit. |
