Candidate for
Member, City Council; City of Yucaipa

I have lived in the Yucaipa/Calimesa area the past 11 years. I have 3 grown daughters. 2 are in the military and 1 in college. Married 24 yrs.

In April 2006 my husband and I opened AJ Bariles Chicago Pizza. A very successful restaurant here in Yucaipa for the past 6.5 years. In 2009 we needed to expand. We moved to our current location, where we currently employ 11 people.

People have asked threw my campaign if I have "time" to attend meetings, be effective at running our great city, or to be on commissions, ect as my restaurant keeps me very busy. Council meetings are the same day of week and time each and every month. If a meeting or something that i need to be at comes up that wasnt scheduled, I will schedule someone else to work my shift.

There is a current council member that has chosen to not run for re election. That leaves an open seat. I ask for your vote for the open seat.
