LIONEL M. DEW BIOGRAPHY

A twenty one year USAF Retired Medical Manager. Lionel has lived, worked and traveled around the world. Since his arrival at George AFB in 1976, he has been a dependable valued contributor.

The military groomed him for leadership as a manager, negotiator, mediator, and consensus builder. He is an asset who is sought after to resolve complex issues and accomplish goals.

His broad executive experience consist of federal, state, and local governments. Member, San Bernardino County Council of Aging. Member of City of Victorville Building Appeals Board, Pres. Victor Valley African American Chamber of Commerce, Pres. Excelsior Education Center.

Lionel is a recipient of CTA's GOLD AWARD for preserving public education and received a Certificate of Appreciation from President George H.W. Bush in service of Desert Storm. Presented The Paul Harris Award, Rotary's highest honor. The City of Victorville Honored Lionel's many contributions by Presenting him a Proclamation of Outstanding Service. A graduate of Victor Valley College and attended Southern Illinois University, Healthcare Management.
