We are a very small district, with little turnover of employees, but as we are faced with retirements, we need to replace them with the best.Mountain View School District prides itself in having qualified teachers who stay with us. We will soon be seeing retirements of those who have spent if not all, but most of their career with us. We have no new employees. As we face these retirements, we need to search for the best qualified replacements so our students do not hurt and they are still obtaining the high quality education that this district has continually been known to offer. As we approach that time, we need to be armed with the resources to search out the best replacements to allow MVSD to forge forward as we begin to grow and add more students in the future. |
