By Brian M. DanzlCandidate for Council Member; City of Rancho Cordova | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Brian Danzl Coach/Park Boardmember I grew up in Rancho Cordova - and I'm proud of the city we've become. But we must do more to make our city even better, safer and more prosperous. We need more shopping and recreation opportunities; and we must make our neighborhoods even safer. We need more quality housing and even better schools. These issues will be my focus on the City Council. I've worked make our city better as a volunteer, coach and citizen. I've served as a Scout Leader, Volunteer of the Year for Rancho Cordova 4th of July Celebration, and am leading efforts to create Rancho Cordova Athletic Association to provide more recreation opportunities. In 2010 I was elected to the Park Board, where I've fought to bring fiscal discipline and transparency to the budget; and currently am leading efforts to oppose pay increases for board members. That's why I've earned the support of leaders like Mayor David Sander, Councilwoman Linda Budge, Supervisor Roberta MacGlashan and dozens of community volunteers. I would be honored to earn your support as well. Brian Danzl for City Council: Father. US Marine Corps Veteran. Community Volunteer. To learn more, go to VOTEDANZL.com. |
