Gary Capolino was born and raised in the State of New York. He graduated from Plainedge High School in Massapequa, New York. He then went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree from Alfred University.

After college Gary entered the business world. He worked as a manager, accountant, and a controller for different sized businesses before coming to Moreno Valley.

Gary married his wife Dora in 1986 and the coupled settled in Moreno Valley the next year. Moreno Valley is where the Capolinos raised their two children. It is also where they own and run their small business, The Part Time CFO. In 2011, Gary Capolino also hosted the radio show "Taking Your Business Seriously" on KCAA.

Gary has been an active member of our community. He's supported the children of Moreno Valley as a volunteer, coach, and booster of youth sports teams. Gary also served as a president of the Finance Council and member of the Building Committee of St. Patrick's Church.

As an accountant and small business owner, Gary Capolino is running for City Council to put his knowledge and experience to work for us to get Moreno Valley on the right track.
