Alpine is offering clean solutions and alternatives that work within the State Water Act that formed PCWA, protect our water rights, keep rates low and fight against regulation and confiscation.

Alpine sees that:
-Increased storage is vitally necessary.
-Better fire-prevention and protection are critical.
-He is determined that the unserved residents of Zone3/District5 get water ASAP.
-PCWA's Strategic Water Plan is implemented ASAP.
-South & West Placer Agricultural interests are in immediate jeopardy and that he'll fight to protect them.
-Water is key to our County's development and survival for generations.
