Candidate for
Mayor; City of Garden Grove

I believe the city of Garden Grove needs to refocus away from big business and hotel development in order to focus on consumer needs and opportunities for small businesses within our city. Too much taxpayer money is being given away for developments that do not improve the quality of life for our residents - and often these developments have the effect of degrading the quality of life for those residing nearby.

I believe the city can do a better job of enforcing and collecting fees and licenses which are not being enforced - increasing revenue without raising or creating new fees.

I believe we need to support all of our city employees, but especially the Police and Fire Department personnel. We need to be staffed to meet the needs and more importantly protect and secure our residents, our homes and our businesses.
