Candidate for
Board Member; Costa Mesa Sanitary District

I have resided in Costa Mesa for over 54 years and have served on the Sanitary District board since 1992.

I graduated from Costa Mesa High School in 1964. I have been a teacher and coach at Estancia High School since 1970. I have been teaching and coaching the youth of Costa Mesa for over 40 years. I am currently the Varsity Boy's Golf coach at Estancia and have been since 1988. I have coached football, softball, basketball,football and baseball at Estancia, Varsity football and Baseball at Mater Dei High School, and Pop Warner football in Costa Mesa.

I believe in community service, because seving others has enriched my life in so many ways. I am currently a director of the Costa Mesa United, past co-chairman of the Mesa Verde Classic Golf Tournament, past member of the Lions club, member of the Chamber of Commerce Golf committee and have organized over 50 community blood drives at Estancia High School.

My wife Joan and I have raised our two sons, Mike and Jeff, in Costa Mesa and I am proud to be a citizen of this great city.
